6 Ways To Overcome Anger

   Anger has always been an agent of pain infliction. for some people it has become a partner  which knows no boundaries. in this session, we'll be considering six(6) ways which can be applied to overcome anger.


1. Understand The Negative Impact of Anger:
  You know better what anger has always gotten you into. its results are always not good. always recall quickly the previous damages it has done in your life.

2. Seek Quiet Places:
  When a particular environment triggers anger, you can try moving away silently to a peaceful environment to be able to overlook. remember silence is an open door to great positive thoughts.

3. Be Slow to Speak When Offended:
  It is necessary to control your temperament at points when you're offended. it gives way for positive thoughts, words and actions as well. never let anger control your speech.

4. Attach Much Value to Peace than Conflicts:
  What you value you'll always consider. it is very helpful to have a high regard for peace over conflict. this will help you recall easily what you'll loose if you give in to anger.

5. See Anger as An Enemy:
  Consider anger a barrier to your growth in all dimensions. anger is like a construction company. it produces lots of stuffs like quarrels,fights,hatred and more. consider it your greatest enemy cause it doesn't help you.

6. Pray About it:
  Sometimes anger seems to be extra-ordinary more like a spiritually thing. so you'll need to overcome too with prayers which is extra-ordinary. do it in your own way.

7. Cross-Check Your Way of Thinking:
  Sometimes anger creeps into the picture because the way you think gives it access. you can fight this by a self evaluation. ask friends what they think about your temperament. it can help you know your flaws better.
